He the crazy sensei in the makin’, let’s go, kid,  

Anytime Fitness in Flint, Genesee Road rollin’,  

Aaron’s name, squirrel’s here to be transformed, no stallin’.  


Blood makes you related, loyalty makes you tight,  

Happiness ain't wine, ain't cars, it’s the light,  

Enjoyin’ the grind, takin’ steps back to remember,  

What’s important? Family, not just in December.  


No pain, no gain, that’s the mantra we breathe,  

Flexin’ on these haters, gotta roll up your sleeves,  

Live by them tools, keep your mind in the fight,  

Sensei Aaron, always shinin’ bright.  


Yo, life’s a race, sometimes you hit a squirrel,  

But you keep movin’, don’t let that shit unfurl,  

Hunt for that happiness, it’s a motherfuckin’ quest,  

Muscles ache, but we rise, gotta give it our best.  


Healthy livin’, eat right, it’s the code we abide,  

Honesty’s the weapon, it’s the truth that we ride,  

Don’t judge a soul who walks by in the street,  

You never know their battles, life’s a crazy beat.

Hero vibes, keep it real, it’s about the climb,  

Ain’t no fancy cars, we’re ballin’ in the gym,  

Taking care of ourselves, livin’ life on a whim.
