Poop in is real, it’s real, you know the deal,  

Hope you don’t get a surprise, keep it surreal,  

When the pressure builds up, man, it’s hard to conceal,  

Feel the rumble in your gut, like a sickening wheel.  

It’s the best and the worst, a wild ride,  

Sometimes it hurts so soft, you gotta let it slide,  

But you can't do it everywhere, gotta find your hide,  

In the bathroom with pride, not outside, what a ride.

When the moment hits you, no need to pretend,

From the sports to the court, that pressure can snap,  

When you're runnin’ from the game, feel that intestinal trap,  

Sometimes it’s a storm, that thunder in your lap,  

And ouch, it’s like a shark, sometimes you gotta clap!  

Pumpkin-sized bomb or little pea drop,  

It’s a gamble, my dude, when’s it gonna stop?  

Feel the rush, feel the flush, gotta let it pop,  

In the throne zone alone, man, ain't no need to swap.
