Two week abs . What we're you Thinkin?

So here we go another senseless blog from an ADHD squirrel. So becoming a big workout buff. Trying to get like super zoom in become the hall to maybe Thor or just the biggest squirrel you've ever seen. What's a lot of work out videos trying to tweak my workouts trying to see what's good what's not so I come across this two week abs so we're about to do this for about 4 weeks and we're about to find out if this actually works who knows. What were you thinking just saying

"KEEP FORM GOOD"
* Jump Jack's 45secs
* Leg raises 45secs ( keep lower back stright)
* Fuller kicks 45 secs ( shape lower back and core)
* scissor kicks 45 secs 
* feet of crunches 45 secs ( hold position hold core tight )
* FULL wipers 45 secs ( keep legs tight together do not let feet touch ground)
* Plank knee to elbow.  45 secs ( will work on all core. Keep elbows straight, core tight)
* jumping climbers 45 secs. ( KEEP HEAD STRIGHT. KEEP LEG CLOSE IN AND OUT . )
* alternate V sit-ups 45secs ( lay on back raise r/l touch toes.
* Hollow hold 45 secs ( keep core stright and keep Arms tight like butterfly)
