Here we go another senseless blog from an ADHD squirrel. As I go on my fitness journey and start knowing my body I tend to start pushing my limits because let's face it #iam1stphorm. Just sayin. Has any ADHD score will tell you once we're in we're all in so testing my bodies I have to pushing myself to the maximum to where I can push myself no more as a true warrior. Improvise, adapt, overcome. To be the movement always on the move and never underestimating yourself. Above my average day workouts I've given myself my own 30-day challenges. You can follow me on my journey as we do three sets of 30 push-ups for 30 days. We're also going to tag in some Gladiator moves. WHAT WE'RE YOU THINKIN SQUIRREL ?
